You can now edit your privacy settings so that only certain groups can see stuff. It's under User CP.

There's a bunch of other stuff vBulletin updated with this one, including an actual quick reply for PMs (I had a makeshift one installed) and other stuff. If you're honestly bored enough to read it, go here (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blog.php?b=2334).

I didnt understand most of the changes but having the quick reply for pm's is useful :)

The privacy settings thing looks potentially useful. I'm generally happy for all members to be able to see my details, but some people might prefer to have the option of letting a restricted group view them. (By the way, what was the situation before? Could everyone, including visitors, view whatever you chose to include in your profile, or was it members only? I've never tried to view members' details on a forum that I wasn't actually a member of.)

I believe it was that everyone could see your information--including guests.
