Anyone play any of the Pikmins? I love both games, probably they're my favorite games, and I am stoked about E3 2008, I'm hoping Nintendo unveils Pikmin 3.

It's the Bulblaxs for me and the yellow Pikmin with bombs. They screw everything up.

I love the games, even though Pikmin 2 wasnt as good as the first one IMO they were still great.
I love the atmosphere these games create by having lush graphics and cool somewhat relaxing music.

Responding to a question at Nintendo's 2008 E3 developer roundtable about whether or not a new Pikmin is in the works, Miyamoto says he'll announce a new sequel when he's ready. Apparently he's ready now. "We're making Pikmin," confirms his translator.

So Pikmin 3 is confirmed. HELL YEAH!

I've always wanted to play any of the Pikmin games... Never had the chance. Sadly my most profound experience with the characters is thanks to Brawl on the Wii. -sighs-

Both games are a lot of fun, though I prefer Pikmin 2 for the lack of a time limit. Pikmin was more unique than 2 but I never finished within the time limit, and it just made the game seem way too short and I couldn't enjoy it as much as I wanted to. I'm also excited for Pikmin 3, can't wait to see what they do with it.

Well Pikmin 1 wasnt all that hard even with the timelimit.
Sure you had to hurry a bit but that was part of the gameplay for me, without that time limit the game would be way less strategic then it is now, besides if you think you didnt do good enough in 1 day you could just do it again...
I finished the game with all treasures collected with still 4 days left on my first try :P
But yes, its short.

About Pikmin 3, cant wait to get my hands on that, but is it gonna be on the Wii or DS?
